Just to let everyone know. I passed my bike test. I failed the 1st one in Chippenham, but took a cancellation in Swindon last Tuesday and passed. Believe me, there was no one more surprised than me. Its only a restricted one, but its only for 2 years, and I'm sure it will go fast.I'm going to stick with my present bike until spring next year. I don't fancy getting used to a new one in the bad weather.

Very well done and its so nice to see another lady biker swelling our ranks always seems to help broaden the appeal of motorcycles.

Thanks to everyone. I'm thrilled!! I'm going to keep my baby until the spring, then see whats about that I'm able to ride. It has to be under 33bhp.
You can pretty much restrict most bikes these days.
Cheers & well done again

It's still the old test until 30th March next year. I did mine in Swindon as I think I failed the one in Chippenham as I was too complacent because I live and ride around there all the time. The hill start was the hardest as I'm rubbish at co-ordinating clutch and foot brake together.

Shame on you, Hunar. I thought you were ignoring me! On my way back from 'Hoggin the Bridge' I lost my exhaust. Cost me £100 to replace, so now my baby is up for sale. I'm going to get a Yamaha XV535 Virago. So as soon as I'm mobile again, I'll be down at the Sally to show the new bike off.
I know, a bit belated but congrats anyway! ;)
